Today we were able to ride with the new addition to our group – Mr. Ryan Braeger (aka Little buddy). Ryan purchased a great bike Saturday from Towpath Bike – an SRD Felt. Sarah and I hooked him with pedals, water cages, spare bag along with some cycling shoes. Shannon gave him a few jerseys and then Braeger bought himself a nice helmet and some cycling shorts. Towpath also hooked him up with a great 20% discount on accessories after purchasing a new bike.
Yesterday after he bought it he rode a few miles to test it out but of course his derriere hurt after his 10 mile ride. After buying his shorts along with helmet and we went out for a nice 22 mile ride. I was quite impressed with Mr. Braeger for riding that long of a distance, especially when he hasn’t ridden a road bike such as ours before. It must be all of the intense workouts with his buddy Casey along with Jack3d
